Step 1:
Add 1 Teaspoon (5g) of FijiKava Noble Kava Instant Mix & 200mL of cold water into a blender. Blend for 1-2 mins.
Step 2:
Pour blended mixture through a straining cloth (if desired).
Step 3:
Enjoy Kava's earthy taste. Slight numbness to the tongue is normal.
